Cannabis is illegal in Denmark. Most small cases end with a fine, but the line to prison is short. This is what applies in Aalborg, as everywhere in the country.

Is weed legal in Aalborg?

The police can search you if they suspect drugs. Bars and clubs can refuse entry or call the police if they find cannabis.

Is HHC legal?
No. HHC has been banned since May 2023 and is treated like hash.
